Thanks for the comments everybody, it looks like success at last. I was pointed to Sphinn where this was posted and Matt replied saying the result had been removed by the Google Images team.

I can confirm it has, a search for the term no longer brings up the offending image so thanks for the quick action Matt.

As for when was it reported, it was 6 weeks ago, 3 weeks ago and 1 week ago and it was reported using the “Dissatisfied? Help Us Improve” link at the bottom of the page every time you conduct a query.

Although i must say, i won’t be using that ever again as it looks like the messages go in to a back hole and aren’t even read.

@Marcus yes i see where you are coming from, the word “leads” appears in text in proximity to the image but there’s a problem considering this is shown with the default behavior setting and also it’s not relevant to the search just because that word appears somewhere on the page near an image.

I don’t think “any” web user would say that a picture of a womans genitalia and the word leads are related or relevant to each other.

I saw this story on Sphinn. It looks like Matt Cutts has had this result removed. I would also like to know how long ago it was that you reported this.

How long ago did you report this to Google? They should have removed this result within a few days of getting notice about it.

Hi guys! it’s not to difficult to find out why such strange listings appear:
with google’s new search algos, things like vertical & universal search there might be many let’s call it “unrelevant-relevant-search-results”.

have a look at the pics description and i’m sure you’ll know what I mean

so from this point of view (different context) I might be bold and go so far to say:

there’s nothing wrong!

Yeah, this isn’t the only search term that brings back “mature” results. I have a list of dozens of them if you want to take a look. From where I sit, I really don’t think Google cares. So much for “do no evil” huh?
